All shipments are subject to availability. Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Free delivery is available on standard orders over $150 (excluding furniture items & bulky goods). Use code FREESHIP at the checkout.
Parcels are shipped via our courier service or Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment in order to determine its location. All items are sent with an authority to leave unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon.
Simple Style Co will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once sent. For this reason please make sure that your delivery address is 100% accurate when placing your order. If you are unable to accept delivery and your order is returned to us we will resend at the customers expense or issue a store credit minus the original shipping costs.
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
We offer free Australia wide delivery on all of our rugs*.
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days processing time for rug orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online via our courier company’s website.
As a guide, shipping times to Australian metro cities are generally as follows:
Metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide: 6-8 business days, Metro Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart and Perth: 8-14 business days
Please note that the above timeframes are estimates only and delivery times may vary during peak periods.
Delivery is handled by a third party courier company, we are therefore unable to provide the exact date/time that your order will arrive.
If you are not home at the time of delivery a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery directly with the courier company.
Our rugs are considered Special Handling Requirements (SHR) freight. Please refer to the SHR transit timeframes outlined on the couriers tracking page.
* Some remote locations may incur extra delivery charges for which you will be contacted after placing your order. You then have the option of paying the extra charges and completing your order, alternatively you may choose a full refund.
We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. The ETA is an estimate only and is subject to change. If you order a pre-order item alongside an item that is in stock, your order will not be dispatched until all items are in stock.
