At Simple Style Co, we’re here to make things easy — from choosing your rug to having it arrive at your door.

Free delivery to metro areas across Australia
Flat rate $29 to metro WA, TAS and NT

For regional and remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply and will be shown clearly at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. During busy sale periods, there may be a slight delay, but we always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow its journey.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your rug arrives safely and reliably. Delivery is ground floor only, and couriers aren’t able to call prior to delivery, so we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking for updates. In some areas, larger items like rugs may be delivered by a local contractor.

As a general guide, most metro deliveries arrive within 3–8 business days:

• Metro areas: 3–8 business days

• Regional areas: 6–10 business days

• WA & NT: 8–17 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability. If your rug is shipped from our WA warehouse partner, delivery to the Eastern States may take a little longer.

We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Collect locations due to the size of our items, and at this time we only deliver within Australia.
