Free Delivery to Metro Areas

We are delighted to offer free delivery to metropolitan areas on all our rugs. This service reflects our commitment to ensuring your shopping experience with us is not only stylish but also convenient.


Dispatch Time

We understand the anticipation that comes with a new purchase. That's why we strive to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. During peak sale periods, please allow for a slightly extended dispatch time.


Estimated Freight Transit Times 

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect the following estimated freight transit times:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (Inner Metropolitan Areas): 3-5 business days*
  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (Outer Metropolitan Areas): 5-8 business days
  • QLD, NSW, VIC, SA (Regional Areas), and TAS: 6-10 business days
  • WA and NT: 8-17 business days

Please note that if your items are shipped from our WA warehouse partner, they may take a bit longer to reach customers in the Eastern States.

Perth delays

Flooding earlier in the month has caused significant road and rail service delays for parcels travelling in and out of Perth and surrounding areas.

Our delivery partners are working hard to work through the backlog, and getting your orders delivered as quickly and safely as possible.


Regional and Remote Areas

Regrettably, we are unable to offer free delivery to some regional and remote areas. Any applicable shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at the checkout. 


Delivery Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and Parcel Collect: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or Parcel Collect locations.
  • International Deliveries: At this time, we only offer delivery within Australia and do not ship outside the country.
