Gift cards are delivered by email shortly after you submit your order and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Terms & Conditions:

1. E-Gift cards (vouchers) should be treated as cash: they are non-refundable and non-transferrable and will not be reissued if lost or stolen.

2. Discount codes or promotional vouchers do no apply to e-gift cards (vouchers).

3. E-Gift cards (vouchers) are valid for 36 months from the data of issue. Any balance remaining on a gift card after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the Gift Card holder. A gift card cannot be re-activated at any time after it has expired.

4. A person may be asked to verify that they are authorised to redeem a Gift Card on behalf of the original purchaser or the person named at the time of purchase.

5. The E-Gift Card holder may be required to provide proof of identity.

6. An E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

All shipments are subject to availability. Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Parcels are shipped via our courier service or Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment in order to determine its location.  All items are sent with an authority to leave unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon.

RUG DELIVERY

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our rugs - some remote locations may incur extra delivery charges for which you will be contacted after placing your order. You then have the option of paying the extra charges and completing your order, alternatively you may choose a full refund.

Please allow approximately 5-7 days processing time for this product. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online via our courier company’s website.

As a guide, shipping times to Australian metro cities are generally as follows:

Metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide: 6-8 business days, Metro Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart and Perth: 8-14 business days

Please note that the above timeframes are estimates only and delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Unfortunately our rugs are not currently available to international customers.

If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, name and address and the details of the product and it’s fault. We may ask that you provide us with photos of the product showing any damage/faults. Please advise us within seven days of receiving the faulty item, this allows us to arrange an exchange, repair or refund for you as quickly as possible in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Some of the items we stock are handmade and will have handmade characteristics. These are not faults and their uniqueness is to be embraced. These characteristics cannot be used as the basis for a refund. Please choose carefully and contact us if you would like more information about the product before purchasing.

Colour variances are classified as a change of mind return. Please allow for colour to vary slightly, as every screen monitor is different. 

We are unable to accept change of mind returns (with the exception of rugs).

RUG RETURNS

If the rug you have purchased is not the perfect fit, simply return it (undamaged and in it’s original condition) within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. 

We understand that buying a rug can be daunting, which is why we offer change of mind returns on all of our rugs.

If the rug you have purchased is not what you had in mind, just return the item (undamaged and in its original condition) within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

A 10% restocking fee applies per product being returned.

We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $29.95 (per item you are returning) - this cost will be deducted from the refund/credit.

Once the rug is returned and assessed we will then provide you with a refund or exchange.

Please allow for colouring to vary slightly, as every screen monitor is different. Colour variances will be classified as a change of mind return and return delivery fees will apply.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.

If your rug arrives in less than perfect condition or you have received the wrong rug please contact us within 7 days.  We may ask that you provide us with photos of the product showing any damage/faults. This allows us to arrange an exchange, repair or refund for you as quickly as possible in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
