Returns & Exchanges
We understand that buying a rug is a big commitment, that's why we offer change of mind returns on all rug orders. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
We offer free delivery Australia wide on all rugs and prints (delivery fees may apply to some remote areas - see our delivery page for more information).
Delivery fees apply to all other items. For standard orders these fees will be applied at the checkout.
We aim to offer our customers the most competitive delivery prices on furniture items. Please contact us to request a delivery quote.
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on where you live. Refer to our delivery page for more information. Please note that express delivery is not available at this time.
Delivery is handled by a third party courier company, we are therefore unable to provide the exact date/time that your order will arrive.
If you are not home at the time of delivery a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery directly with the courier company.
Our rugs are considered Special Handling Requirements (SHR) freight. Please refer to the SHR transit timeframes outlined on the couriers tracking page.
