SHIPPING
Simple Style Co offer Free Australian Shipping on standard orders over $200. This excludes bulky items.
All shipments are subject to availability. Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Parcels are shipped via our courier service or Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment in order to determine its location.
RUG DELIVERY
We offer free metro delivery on all of our rugs. Unfortunately our rugs are not currently available to international customers.
Please allow approximately 3-5 days processing time for this product. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the whereabouts of your parcel online via our courier company’s website.
As a guide, shipping times to Australian metro cities are generally as follows:
Metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide: 6-8 business daysMetro Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart and Perth: 8-14 business days
