The Portland Wool Rug in Silver offers a textural vision that brings an entirely new conceptual creation to the realm of viscose and wool.

This softly toned rug relies on wonderful patterning and texture. Hand tufted patterning on gorgeous backing creates a 'raised' effect that is the highlight of this collection.

RUG DELIVERY

We are currently dispatching orders within 10 business days. We apologise for the inconvenience and are continuing to work hard to reduce these timeframes.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our rugs - some remote locations may incur extra delivery charges for which you will be contacted after placing your order. You then have the option of paying the extra charges and completing your order, alternatively you may choose a full refund.

Please allow approximately 3-5 days processing time for this product. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online via our courier company’s website.

As a guide, shipping times to Australian metro cities are generally as follows:

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (metropolitan areas): 2 - 5 business days
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (outer metropolitan areas): 3 - 7 business days
QLD, NSW, VIC, SA (regional areas) and TAS: 5 - 7 business days
WA and NT  7 - 14 business days

If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, name and address and the details of the product and it’s fault. We may ask that you provide us with photos of the product showing any damage/faults. Please advise us within seven days of receiving the faulty item, this allows us to arrange an exchange, repair or refund for you as quickly as possible in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Some of the items we stock are handmade and will have handmade characteristics. These are not faults and their uniqueness is to be embraced. These characteristics cannot be used as the basis for a refund. Please choose carefully and contact us if you would like more information about the product before purchasing.

Colour variances are classified as a change of mind return. Please allow for colour to vary slightly, as every screen monitor is different. 

We are unable to accept change of mind returns (with the exception of rugs). 

RUG RETURNS

If the rug you have purchased is not the perfect fit, simply return it (undamaged and in it’s original condition) within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. 

We understand that buying a rug can be daunting, which is why we offer change of mind returns on all of our rugs.

If the rug you have purchased is not what you had in mind, just return the item (undamaged and in its original condition) within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

A 10% restocking fee applies per product being returned.

We will arrange a courier pick up for a flat fee of $29.95 (per item you are returning) - this cost will be deducted from the refund/credit.

Once the rug is returned and assessed we will then provide you with a refund or exchange.

Please allow for colouring to vary slightly, as every screen monitor is different. Colour variances will be classified as a change of mind return and return delivery fees will apply.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.

We purchased this beautiful rug after many weeks of searching and we were stoked to have finally found the one. Unfortunately this isn’t the case: the rug has a mind of its own and warps and rolls up. Not only is this a Hazord but an absolute strain and painful maintenance. This rug does not perform as we expected it to, lay flat. We have tried everything. And we are out of options.

As we mentioned in our email correspondence last week, we recommend using a non-slip underlay to help keep rugs flat and prevent movement, this information can also be found in our product descriptions.

A rug will move in the direction that the carpet pile is moving below. The weight of walking on a carpeted surface causes the carpet pile to move, without being anchored the rug will naturally move along with the surface it is placed on. This will be more noticeable in high traffic areas.

Again, we recommend using a non-slip mat or an adhesive rug tape to help hold your rug in place. You can also help to keep your rug in place by anchoring it with furniture. We hope this helps.

I recently purchased the stunning Portland floor rug. I absolutely adore it. It surpassed all my expectations and has transformed our entire space. The quality is exceptional. I can not recommend this item more highly! Absolute perfection.
