Give the gift of choice with a Simple Style Co e-gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email shortly after you submit your order and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Can't see the amount you want to purchase? Simply email us at hello@simplestyleco.com.au and we will process a gift card manually for you in the right amount.

Terms & Conditions:

1. E-Gift cards (vouchers) should be treated as cash: they are non-refundable and non-transferrable and will not be reissued if lost or stolen.

2. Discount codes or promotional vouchers do no apply to e-gift cards (vouchers).

3. E-Gift cards (vouchers) are valid for 36 months from the data of issue. Any balance remaining on a gift card after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the Gift Card holder. A gift card cannot be re-activated at any time after it has expired.

4. A person may be asked to verify that they are authorised to redeem a Gift Card on behalf of the original purchaser or the person named at the time of purchase.

5. The E-Gift Card holder may be required to provide proof of identity.

6. An E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Shipping Information:

We offer free shipping to metro areas across Australia. Delivery fees may apply to some regional and rural locations, which will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, estimated freight transit times are as follows:

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (Inner Metropolitan Areas): 3-5 business days
• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (Outer Metropolitan Areas): 5-8 business days
• QLD, NSW, VIC, SA (Regional Areas), and TAS: 6-10 business days
• WA and NT: 8-17 business days

Returns Policy:

We offer a 14-day change of mind returns policy for all products, except those marked as final sale.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns.
• Return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

Colour Variances: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product images on our website, please note that screen images are intended as a guide only and may not precisely replicate the product colours. Colour variances will be treated as a change of mind return, and return fees will apply.
