A shipping notification containing tracking information will be sent to customers via email once an order has been dispatched.
We use Australia Post and Transdirect to deliver orders. Delivery times vary depending on a customers location.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock.
All items offered for "pre-order" in our online shop are done so with the expectation that these items will be delivered to us as close to the date specified so that we can then dispatch them to our customers as soon as possible. If for some reason an item purchased as a "pre-order" is no longer available from our supplier, we will notify the customer and offer a full refund or store credit to the value of the item.
Please note that orders that include other products will not be dispatched until the pre-order item is available.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We will arrange a refund, return or replacement on any goods that arrive in a faulty or damaged condition - in accordance with Australian consumer law.
If your product is deemed damaged or faulty at the time of delivery please contact us within 5 business days and we will gladly provide you with a replacement or refund subject to stock availability.
We do not accept return for change of mind.
Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is deemed "faulty" in accordance with Australian consumer protection legislation.
