We recommend that an anti-slip pad such as Total Grip is used underneath rugs to prevent slippage between the rug and the surface it is placed on.

Wool rugs will experience shedding. We recommend lightly vacuuming with the hard floor attachment.

Please allow for a slight variation of colours depending on monitor settings.

This item cannot be delivered to a PO Box, only to a street address.

This rug is handwoven from natural fibres. Variations in colour, weave, and texture, occasional pop-ups (sprouts), and some natural shedding are normal characteristics of natural fibre rugs. These features are celebrated as part of their organic beauty and do not affect the durability or performance of the rug.

Shipping

We offer free delivery to most metro areas across Australia.

A flat rate of $29 applies to metro WA, TAS and NT.

Regional and remote areas may incur additional charges, shown at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, there may be slight delays.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Metro: 3–8 business days
• Regional: 6–10 business days
• WA & NT: 8–17 business days

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Delivery is ground floor only, and we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 14-day change of mind returns to make sure your rug is the right fit.

• Store Credit (recommended): Full value, no return handling fee
• Refund: Processed to original payment method, less a 10% return handling fee
• Exchange: Swap for another size or style (subject to availability)

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery (and dispatched within 5 days of approval)
• Return shipping costs apply

• Clearance items, prints and homewares are final sale
