We offer free delivery to most metro areas across Australia.
A flat rate of $29 applies to metro WA, TAS and NT.
Regional and remote areas may incur additional charges, shown at checkout.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, there may be slight delays.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Metro: 3–8 business days
- Regional: 6–10 business days
- WA & NT: 8–17 business days
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Delivery is ground floor only, and we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 14-day change of mind returns to make sure your rug is the right fit.
- Store Credit (recommended): Full value, no return handling fee
- Refund: Processed to original payment method, less a 10% return handling fee
- Exchange: Swap for another size or style (subject to availability)
Return conditions:
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Must be returned within 14 days of delivery (and dispatched within 5 days of approval)
- Return shipping costs apply
Important to know
- Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and your space
- Natural fibre rugs may shed or have slight variations — this is normal
- Clearance items, prints and homewares are final sale
