This natural albino reindeer hide can be used as a show-stopping floor covering in areas of no traffic, or as a stunning throw. You will marvel at the texture of this hide thanks to the rigorous standards by which it has been crafted. With no two hides ever exactly the same, these are guaranteed to be tanned under environmentally friendly conditions that makes them safe for people, pets and the environment.

Slight markings and imperfections in the hair of this hide are to be expected, and are evidence of its rarity, uniqueness and superior careful processing.

Ethically sourced, we recommend cleaning these albino reindeer hides simply by shaking off the dust and dirt or with a very gentle, low speed vacuum cleaner using a gentle head. Though these rare hides are considered naturally waterproof, we do not suggest submerging it in excessive amounts of water. Simply spot clean with water on a clean cloth to the affected soiled area. 

Being a more delicate hide, avoid excessive rubbing so as not to damage the hair follicles and keep off direct heat sources that could dry the back of the skin.

Please allow approximately 3-5 days processing time for this product. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online via our courier company’s website.

As a guide, shipping times to Australian metro cities are generally as follows:

Metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide: 6-8 business days, Metro Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart and Perth: 8-14 business days

If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, name and address and the details of the product and it’s fault. We may ask that you provide us with photos of the product showing any damage/faults. Please advise us within seven days of receiving the faulty item, this allows us to arrange an exchange, repair or refund for you as quickly as possible in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Some of the items we stock are handmade and will have handmade characteristics. These are not faults and their uniqueness is to be embraced. These characteristics cannot be used as the basis for a refund. Please choose carefully and contact us if you would like more information about the product before purchasing.

RUG RETURNS

If the rug you have purchased is not the perfect fit, just return the item (undamaged and in it’s original condition) within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Once the rug is returned and assessed we will then provide you with a store credit minus the 10% restocking fee. 

Please allow for colour to vary slightly, as every screen monitor is different. Colour variances are classified as a change of mind return & the above charges will apply.

If your rug arrives in less than perfect condition or you have received the wrong rug please contact us within 7 days.  We may ask that you provide us with photos of the product showing any damage/faults.
